Open to anyone

Start wherever you are

No diagnosis needed • Open to anyone • Start wherever you are •

This is for you if:

  • You want to stay sharp and proactive as you age

  • You’ve noticed changes and aren’t sure what they mean

  • You’re supporting a spouse, parent, or loved one

  • You want trusted guidance without feeling overwhelmed

What Happens in a Session

Each session is a one-on-one conversation, designed around you.

Here’s what that can look like:

  • We start with where you are—your questions, concerns, or goals

  • We talk through what you’re experiencing (or hoping to prevent)

  • You’ll learn simple, practical ways to support your brain

  • Together, we explore what makes sense for your life

Your first session typically lasts 45–90 minutes and can take place in person or virtually.

Before your session, we’ll ask you to complete a few simple forms (like an intake form and health history). These help your Brain Health Educator understand your background so you can make the most of your time together. Our team will send everything you need after you schedule—no guesswork required.

We’ll guide you through everything before your first session.

During your session, we may explore areas like sleep, stress, nutrition, and more, based on what’s most relevant to you.

You’re welcome to:

  • Bring a family member, friend, or care partner

  • Share any relevant medical information (if you’d like)

  • Come with questions—or just come as you are

No tests. No pressure. Just a supportive space to learn and ask questions.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A clearer understanding of your brain health

  • Practical next steps that feel manageable

  • Confidence in what to focus on

  • A trusted place to come back to with questions
