Building the Future of Brain Health

In the spring of 2025, the Brain Center of Green Bay engaged in formal strategic planning with local consultant Strategie LLC. The strategic planning team was made up of Brain Center staff, board members, and volunteers.

Thank you to donors, community partners, and stakeholders who completed surveys to provide insight and perspective on this work. The Brain Center Board formally approved the 3-year plan in its entirety of Directors in June of 2025. The key areas of focus include 1) Capacity Building with People and Programs, 2) Brand Awareness and Community Engagement, and 3) Financial Strength.

We are currently seeking community involvement to assist in meeting our strategic initiatives and goals outlined in each of these three areas.
