About Us:

The Brain Center of Green Bay helps people in Northeastern Wisconsin take charge of their brain health through collaboration, advocacy, research, and education. We offer a range of programs and services designed to enhance cognitive function, impact quality of life and promote life-long brain health.

Position Summary:

The Client Navigator will provide essential program and administrative support to ensure the operation of the Brain Center of Green Bay. This role includes assisting clients with their inquiries and scheduling appointments, managing and organizing client records and contact information, supporting volunteers, and processing donations, invoices and payments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to our mission of promoting brain health and wellness.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information about our programs, services, and resources.

  • Program Enrollment: Assist clients with the enrollment process for appointments, presentations, and other programs.

  • Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to administer satisfaction surveys and address any additional needs or concerns.

  • Resource Coordination: Help clients access appropriate resources and support services within the Brain Center and through external partnerships.

  • Volunteer Support:  Serve as the direct contact for volunteers and provide leadership to regular educator meetings. Conduct volunteer recruitment and on-boarding orientation.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update client and volunteer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Office Support: Oversee daily office schedules, manage inventories and supplies, coordinate maintenance and serve as a vendor coordinator.

  • Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing donations, paying invoices and tracking expenses. 

  • Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about the Brain Center's mission and services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a non-profit, social services, or healthcare setting. Adherence to client confidentiality is necessary. 

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with database management software.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong commitment to helping others and supporting the mission of the Brain Center.

  • Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $18.00 per hour, 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

  • Equivalent to 40 hours of paid time off per year. Paid holidays include, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Workday directly before or after Christmas (depending on day of the week for Christmas), Christmas and New Year’s Eve Day
